ThermaBoost Industrial – CoreTherma
PCM Industrial Thermal Storage
Capture waste heat. Deliver hot water.

Shift duration defines how long your oven runs — and therefore how much waste heat is available to capture. Longer shifts capture more BTUs, charge the PCM further, and deliver more hot water. Each shift starts with an empty PCM tank and fully uses stored heat before the next shift.

⏱ How Shift Length Affects Output

Longer oven runtime = more heat captured = more hot water. The table below shows output across all three shift lengths at your current equipment settings.
